TOURISM BY BICYCLE

When the first sunrays start warming the roads, keen cycling enthusiasts set off from the plains and the Apennines along itineraries that offer wonderful views of nature and typical landscapes.
Many of these itineraries are shown with special signs and have been planned to offer cyclists different types of journeys with differing difficulties.

5 itineraries along the Po river. New service: Nolo Bike Parma (www.nolobikeparma.it), service for the rental of 170 bicycles.

From the ‘low-lying’ cycle track we can move up to the ‘high’ tracks…
For mountain bike enthusiasts we suggest the itinerary created specially in the Oasis of Mount Fuso.
In this nature reserve, which is entirely enclosed since this is a protected area for certain species of animals, it is possible to follow three different itineraries suitable for all needs. From the longer and more difficult ones we can move on to the shorter and more spectacular ones.

150 km of tracks to be travelled in mountain bike move along the Cycling Tracks of the Hundred Lakes.
There are 4 tracks, a main itinerary and three loops of varying length and difficulty.
It is also possible to book excursions with guaranteed safety in the presence of instructors from the Italian Mountain bike School (S.I.M.B)

The town of Collecchio has put out a map that shows 4 types of bike paths with different features.
"Collecchio by Bicycle" provides different paths and routes on various roads and trails through nature parks and in the discovery of art and local cuisine respecting the environment.

Length of the track inside the park: 12 km

Besides the interesting natural habitat, the park is important from a paleontological point of view. The "canyon" in S. This "outdoor museum" documents the change-over from the Tertiary to the Quaternary period (about 2,5 million years ago), when the area was covered by the sea.

Inside Grand Hotel Terme Astro, a pleasant surprise awaits you, the opening of the Alhambra Beauty Farm. Go
